Expert Affair Recovery & Prevention Services
Has your marriage or relationship been rocked by infidelity?
You’re not alone. Cheating is on the rise, but it doesn’t have to mean the end of your relationship—and our success stories prove it. Common reactions people face after the disclosure or discovery of an affair include:
If you’re the Betrayed Partner:
- Do you feel like you’re going crazy, that your world has been turned upside down and you don’t know what’s real and what’s not?
- Are you wondering how your partner could have done this to you?
- Are you torn between wanting to leave and wanting to stay, and feeling like a fool for even considering staying?
If you’re the Betrayer:
- Do you regret what you did but have no idea how to repair the damage?
- Do you want to understand why it happened so you don’t repeat the same mistake?
- Do you want to save your marriage or relationship but don’t know how?
- Are you unsure if you should stay or go?
Get clarity.
You may feel lost, helpless, or uncertain about your future and what next steps you should take. Our trained therapists will guide you step-by-step so that you get clarity and make the best decision without regrets.

Forgiveness and recovery are possible. You will not only learn the tools to rebuild trust, but you have the opportunity to make your relationship stronger than ever. Through research and almost 20 years of working with individuals and couples struggling with infidelity, Anita developed the “Affair Recovery Plan” to help you:
Learn how to cope with the roller coaster of emotions and common symptoms
Learn the must-have tools to prevent future infidelity (i.e., the Threat Check Conversation™)
Understand why the cheating happened
Address other relationship/marital issues
Recover your self-esteem and be healed
Rebuild your relationship/marriage
Threat Check Conversation™
Do you know when you’re getting closer to cheating? Despite the common belief that cheating is always intentional, it’s not. Sometimes it’s a gradual crossing of boundaries, also known as micro-cheating. It’s easy to minimize or ignore warning signs when you meet someone new. It’s easy to rationalize that you’re “just friends” or that “it means nothing” when you feel more alive than you have in a while.
But cheating can be prevented, and here at RR312 we work with clients to make sure that it doesn’t happen, or doesn’t happen again. One tool that we offer is the Threat Check Conversation™ which is a conversation couples have to assess the threats outside of their relationship and increase awareness of their own vulnerabilities.
